(OTCQB: ALTD) is pleased to announce that cyclist Thomson Remo has shattered the World Record for the “Wattbike 1k Challenge” following his simulated altitude training sessions at ALTD’s “Woodway Peak Performance Center” in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Remo’s time of 54.88 seconds took a remarkable .71 seconds off the previous published record of 55.59 held by Britain’s Stefan Shillingford. Remo has been training under the supervision of ALTD’s highly acclaimed sports scientist Harvey Galvin, who developed the intricate protocols that are being utilized to perfection by Remo.

“The altitude chamber has helped me more than I ever could have imagined,” stated Remo in an email sent to the ALTD team right after his historic performance. “Thanks to your company, Woodway, and Wattbike, I am on my way to the best season of my life. My capacity throughout the longer duration efforts has improved dramatically due to the altitude training. I could not have progressed this quickly without the combined support of your companies. I am truly grateful for the opportunities and advice you have given me.”

ALTD’s Harvey Galvin stated “It is extremely gratifying and humbling to see all of our years of research, live testing, and attention to detail pay off in this sort of way. We’ve always known that training properly in altitude can bring about significant improvements, but we now have been able to see first-hand how our customized protocols can take that to an even higher level. Thomson Remo is a remarkable athlete and just a pleasure to work with. We are all so proud of him and feel certain that the best for him is yet to come.”

CEO Bob Kanuth added “The Woodway Peak Performance Center is ALTD’s first simulated altitude chamber operating in the US and we could not have asked for a more dramatic proof of concept than this. Working closely with Woodway’s high powered team of engineers and technicians, we fully expect to see these same kinds of measurable improvements at all of our new installations across the Americas.”[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
